The planning process towards bringing the much-anticipated Dunne’s Stores to Youghal is ‘on track’ Town Clerk Liam Ryan informed the February Town Council meeting. Responding to an inquiry from FF Cllr Mary Linehan Foley, Mr Ryan said architects from Galvin’s Developer’s are currently in consultation with their Youghal Council counterparts towards formatting a planning application. “We expect the planning application will be submitted in the near future,” he said. Cllr Linehan Foley expressed relief, saying, “a lot of people had presumed it had been abandoned.”
