Richard was a committee member for many years and also a former caretaker who was well respected for his wit, humour and honesty by both senior and junior members alike. The winner Anthony Fouhy said he was delighted and proud to win this snooker tournament in particular knowing the high esteem that the members of the society still have for the late Richard Swayne.

Take care and enjoy!
