Barnabas Players At The Mall Arts Centre

The “Barnabas Players” from Canada will be perfoming a full length drama production called “Lost & Found” in the Mall Arts Centre on Thursday May 8th @ 8pm. Admission is Free. This event will be suitable for the whole family (children and teenagers particularly) but sure to be enjoyed by anyone.

“Lost & Found”, Barnabas Players from Alberta, Canada present a lively, humourous, interactive theatre production based on Bible themes.

The “Barnabas Players” are from Prairie Bible Institute in Alberta Cananda. As well as performing “Lost & Found”, they will be visiting a number of schools in Dungarvan, Lismore, Midleton &Youghal, where students will get an opportunity to see them perform and possibly do some drama workshops too.

Kathy Covert (a faculty member and drama teacher) who is coming this year says ” Last year’s team enjoyed their time in the Cork & Waterford area so much, I am delighted that we have the opportunity to come again this year - we are really looking forward to it”. The Barnabas Players are coming at the invitation of the Baptist Community in Youghal.
