Morgan Furey, Manager Quality Hotel Youghal presents the winning trophy to John Hay
The ” Star of the Run ” trophy sponsored by the Quality Hotel Youghal was won by John Hay from Saundersfoot in Pembrokeshire, Wales the car was a Triumph Stag V8 in exceptional condition.
5 more trophies were presented for the run and 23 trophies were presented for the show.The show was a resounding success with entrants from all over Ireland and the UK. There was in excess of 400 cars and 60 classic motorbikes present and the standard of exhibits was first class.
