On Monday 8th September, the Feast of the Birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary, The Rev’d Michael Thompson was instituted as Incumbent of Youghal Union of Parishes. The Institution took place in the Collegiate Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Youghal.

The preacher was the Rev’d Dudley Leviston Cooney of the Methodist Church in Ireland and the service was sung by the Clerks Choral directed by Ian Sexton, the Organist & Master of the Clerks Choral. The Organ was played by Paul Brough, Organist of All Saint’s, Margaret Street, London.
