Community Radio Youghal are hoping to resume broadcasting in the next 4 to 6 weeks. To help with the smooth running of the station we are looking for people who can give an hour of their time on air or behind the scenes in a voluntary capacity. Are YOU free to help out or have you ideas for new programmes? We’d love to hear from you.
Contact us on info@youghal radio.com or 024 91199/92288.

The range of programmes is almost limitless and includes current affairs (mainly local issues but including national issues that have a local impact), women’s issues, classical music, items of local historical interest, sports, country & Irish music, traditional Irish music and much much more. Any PRO or clubs wishing to can contact us here in CRY for more information about getting your news and events broadcast on our radio shows each week. We provide live coverage of major local sporting events, St Raphael’s Open Day and any special events that crop up from time to time. Listeners are also kept up to date with reports of Youghal Town Council meetings.
If any of you web surfers are from Youghal and the surrounding area and have any news – births, deaths, marriages and such like – e-mail us and we would be delighted to broadcast it.
Our signal reaches about 5 miles from Youghal so if you have friends or relatives, in the area why not e-mail a request for them.
