2 WEEKS TO SHOW YOU CARE & BE DISABILITY AWARE!

Pobalscoil Na Trionoide students show their winning disability awareness posters

“PLEASE DON’T PARK ON THE BLUE SPACES, YELLOW BOXES OR FOOTPATHS”

The Youghal Disability Action Awareness Group has organised a Disability Awareness Fortnight from the 10th to 24th November 2008. Last year’s 5th year art students from the local Community School, Pobalscoil na Trionoide entered a poster competition to highlight the difficulties facing the local disabled community, particularly parking space abuse by the public.

With the support of local businesses, the competition entrants’ and winners’ posters will be displayed around the town for two weeks to help make the public aware of its behaviour towards people with disabilities.

“PLEASE DON’T PARK ON THE BLUE SPACES, YELLOW BOXES
OR FOOTPATHS”
