On Thursday, January 29th last a very successful live web broadcast was presented live by youghalonline.com from the Claycastle Recording Studios Youghal. This follows hot on the heels of the previous webcast featuring the extremely talented James McGrath and his band who were the first group to go ‘Live’ from the studio. The broadcast extended for one hour and is set to be a regular event on the popular site covering news and cultural events in the area. The group ‘Little Big Man’, fronted by Brian O’Glanby, were the featured artists for this broadcast. The backing singers were Cork City sisters, Donna and Laurie Cronin from the band, ‘Heat’, and they were superb. Brian O’Glanby gave an outstanding performance during the live gig, which had a huge audience from across the world. The show peaked at 1,570 viewers from countries including Australia, Germany, The Netherlands, USA, England, Ireland and The Peoples Republic Of Cork. In fact, Brian O’Glanby’s Mum watched the show live in North England. The broadcast was also shown on the big screen in the Old Oak in Cork.
During the gig, there was a live interview with front man, Brian O’Glanby, by Youghal’s very own Lisa Jones.

It also highlights the great talents of musicians and entertainers throughout Cork City and County.
These live gigs will be featured on youghalonline.com on the last Thurdsay of each month and the next live broadcast will be at 9.00pm on Thursday, February 26th featuring the Indie Rock Group ‘Lady Doll’ from Cork City.
