Youghal Pipe Band Competition Triumph
Posted on Monday, June 22nd, 2009Youghal Pipe Band triumphantly won at two major pipe band competitions for the 2009 season. The band took 1st place in grade 4 and 3rd place in grade 5 at Cobh on Sunday 31st May 2009 Ireland for the South of Ireland Pipe Band Championship.
Following on from their Cobh success was a double win at The Munster Championships held in Tralee on Sunday 21st June where they won 1st place in Grades 4 & 5.
