Guests on the night included Chief Superintendent Kieran McGann, Superintendent Flor Horan and Detective Inspector Brian Goulding. Several presentations were made to the highly respected garda, not only by his colleagues, but also by the community he served so well for so long.

Hi all, it looks like ye had a great time on fri night and I heard it was a great turnout. I wish i could have been there to join in the celebrations but well have a few drinks when im bk. I just want too say congrats Dad, were all proud of your service as a Garda and a well respected figure in our community and thanks too all who turned out.
