I could not get onto the website during the live broadcast. This happened to a good number of visitors. Unfortunately, Youghal online.com was probably busy. Will it be on youtube? I hope so.
I couldn’t get on to the site whilst the Parade was supposed to be broadcast live. I’d Say it was pretty full. I hope I can see it on youtube.

Look foward to watching the edited version on youtube, shame the server went down. Hi to Conor from Emma in the UK
Just a few comments/observations from this year’s parade: Well done to all the various clubs and groups whose participation makes this such a fun event. Conspicuous by their absence has to be the vast majority of local businesses in the town, and this is such a pity. Congratulations to Shane Supple who makes the professional and often challenging business of commentating look so easy. Finally, thanks to the forward thinking people in youghalonline for bringing this event to the homes of Youghal people all over the globe, who must surely appreciate the opportunity of seeing their town and townspeople in full swing. B
Who on earth wants to see dreary floats advertising local businesses! How dull is that! It’s not the 1970′s anymore. We want marching bands, costumes, feathers, music, dancing, CARNIVAL!!! Hombres que tienen plumas etc… You know the sort of thing.
Perhaps cornerman will lead us on the road to sponsorship redemption in order to fund his plumas. I await his plans for same. B
i agree with conerman, it would not take hundreds of thousands to get a betterparade organised, it looks like this was prepared in 10 mins
Perhaps many and cornerman might share their ideas with the organisers. Who knows, by this time next year we may all be celebrating their input. B
Watch your st patrick day parade enjoyed it very much…. pity you did not remove the cars parked on the side of the street, the bystanders seemed under pressure to view….. also you might need to have some stewerts on duty…. good luck in the future keep up the good spirit mary
