The Irish Constitution does not allow both the Taoiseach and Tanaiste to be absent from the country at the same time yet both will be in the USA in the coming weeks.
The Irish Constitution Article 43.1.1 and 43.1.2 does not allow the Government to take private property or pass laws to take private property yet they passed a law last year to take money from private pension funds
The current Government are riding a horse and coach through the Irish Constitution

Tthis has happened on many occasions.
As Ireland is no longer in the ownership of it’s people, the constitution may no longer be intact either.
