For the fourth year in a row, the Coaching For Christ soccer group has come to Youghal at the invitation of the local Baptist church.

Team ‘Brazil’ winners of the soccer league at the ‘Coaching For Christ’ Soccer Camp with the Youghal Baptist Church, held at Ardrath Park, Youghal, during the month of August 2012.
A great way to get ready for the new season as around 70 youngsters enjoyed a week of soccer coaching, playing matches and hearing a short message from the Bible each day.
It all culminated in the “World Cup” competition which had a really exciting finish and a very special prizegiving night in Brú na Sí which was packed with enthusiastic players and their parents. Very sincere thanks to Youghal United AFC for the use of their great facility at Ardrath Park and plans are already underway for next year!
