Youghal Women’s Network are delighted to host a ‘Delicious cooking evening’ with Mary-Kay Solomon. The event is a free night for all women in Youghal and promotes healthy eating and low-cost cooking!
Mary Kay Solomon will demonstrate simple, delicious recipes. She will highlight the use of “slow cookers” which are economical, energy-saving and allow us to have a meal ready at the end of a busy day. She will also give advice on how/where to shop locally.
We will all get a chance to sample her food and can take home her recipes.
