Party On! is a new Youghal business that will cater for children’s birthday parties for ages 3-10 years of age. The launch party was held in the Methodist Hall on Friar Street and ran from 4pm to 6pm. The place was buzzing with kiddies laughing and playing and making clay bits and bobs.
This idea came about from two very experienced mothers, Amanda Hogan and Fiona Murphy, who have been working with children for years. Youghal’s main street will be come a ‘walking art gallery’ once again when the town’s third annual Visual Arts Festival runs from Friday July 19th-26th. Businesses throughout the town will create a mile-long showcase by displaying art works, which can be purchased, on their windows. Amongst others, paintings by Youghal’s FETAC Level 5 students and the Youghal Art Group will feature.
